Worksheets and reports in BizForecast can import and keep MS Excel designs, formulas, functions or graphs, thereby providing benefits of both Excel and system management. That means budget worksheets can be designed in Excel, and with a little getting used to, you can even create input forms on your own, or make changes to them in case of changes in compilation methods.

Use on Web Client
You can operate data entry, data check, report output, and report approval in a web browser, such as Internet Explorer. Both the interface and input operation will be similar to Excel. You can enter data in a browser on a tablet or Mac⁄Windows, or use both a computer and a tablet.
BizForecastBC does not require installation on any of your devices. Data can be collected effectively from anywhere, even from overseas sites where computer environments may be uncertain.
Data Linkage with Outside Systems
You can fully keep and utilize your existing data in your current business systems. BizForecastBC carries functions to link data from other business systems, including an individual accounting system or an ERP system. You can do things such as linking your P⁄L performance data or sales information in your business system to BizForecastBC, for data processing and analysis or for comparison of forecasts and actuals. You can also link your BizForecastBC data to other business systems. Linking can be done manually or in a batch processing.
Flexible Reporting
Whether information is entered at local sites, collected, compiled, or linked from business systems, all numerical and text information that are managed in BizForecastBC can be reported in any layouts. See any data in your existing Excel forms using worksheet functions and graphs. Specify a variety of conditions to filter and organize data by period, organization, and⁄or account. You can also access BizForecastBC in a web browser and create reports from there.
Easy Screen and Report Designing
Analytical documents or meeting materials that you have been preparing with Macros or others can be created in BizForecastBC. The easy user interface lets you effortlessly import your existing Excel forms or design new reports. Since your data will be managed on a database, you can analyze the data from wider perspectives than ever before.
Various Ways to Manage and Analyze Data with Flexible Table Designing
Tables manage data that are important in your business operations. In BizForecastBC, you can freely design your own tables or use pre-installed tables to gather and compile data. Create tables to link from business systems any numerical and text information, such as account-based data (e.g. P/L data by location), sales details, merchandise-based data, customer-based information, or personnel data. Use tables to enter, calculate, analyze, or report data.
Multiple Language and Currency Capabilities
In BizForecastBC, all the functional operations and reporting packages can be displayed in multiple languages and currencies. This means that people in overseas locations can also use it for data input and compilation. BizForecastBC also carries the web client function and lets you enter data in a web browser as a standard function. Since it doesn't require any installations or plug-ins, data can be collected efficiently even from locations where infrastructure environments may be hard to determine. Collected data can be analyzed based on multiple exchange rates.
